Joseph Okecho Olwenyi is currently working with Oxfam in Uganda as Coordinator Financing for Development Programme where he is the technical lead on Tax justice, Budget advocacy and Social accountability. He’s a Development Economist, a Certified Tax Policy Advisor and a Fellow of the fiscal decentralization and public financial management Program at Duke University in North Carolina, USA. He is passionate about promoting social justice and ending inequality.
