Johannes Chiminya is the Global Tax Advisor with ActionAid, a Zimbabwean based in Maputo, Mozambique. Johannes has been working on tax justice and domestic resource mobilisation issues since 2012 as Research Officer for Tax Justice Network-Africa and later as the National Tax Justice Advisor for ActionAid Mozambique. An Economist by Profession and keen on Public Finance and economic modelling. He is also an alumni of the International People’s Health University of the Global People’s Health Movement.
